I have had the same exact problem as everyone else. I ordered the product being told my card wouldn't be charged for 3 days after I received the product because it was a free trial. My card was charged after two days of ordering it (I hadn't even received it yet). I tried to call and cancel and told them they were not authorized to charge my card. They said it had already shipped and there was nothing they could do about it now. I told them I wanted a full refund and only after approximately 6 calls I talked to someone who said I could send them back the product for a full refund. He gave me an RGA number to reference, which I did on the packing slip. Now when I call they are saying the RGA number wasn't referenced. I told them I have a copy of the packing slip where the RGA was referenced and a tracking number that shows them receiving the product back. They said there was nothing they could do. I was hung up on close to ten times. When I finally was able to talk to someone who called herself a "supervisor" she said to send an email with the picture of the packing slip. I did that and the response to that email was to call the same number that I had been calling to resolve it!! I need my $159 back and seem to be getting nowhere! Has anyone had any luck in getting this resolved?
