On the 18th October I signed up for a free trial of equinox and rvtl. I paid the postage with my credit card. I knew that if I didn't cancel I would be enrolled in a subscription, I did not know, however, that there was no free trial and that I would be charged £89. I was suspicious when I didn't receive a confirmation email and the my credit card company blocked my card because they tried to take a second unauthorised payment.I got an email address from my card company and wrote on 19th October and asked them to cancel the free trial and unsubscribe me immediately.They acknowledged receipt of my email but did not reply until 4th November, by which time they had taken money from my account. There is no free trial because they count down the 14 days from the order date but don't send the product until 2 weeks have passed, then when it comes there is no return address. I see from other victims's reviews of this scam that they do not answer the phone, they ignore cancellations and refuse to sign for returned items. It is time this shabby outfit was closed down!
