I have ordered for HP OMNI 120 ALL IN ONE PC (CORE i3-2120 3.30 GHZ/4GB/500GB/20INCH LED/DOS/DVDRW/WEBCAM/WIFI/CARD READER)
vide order no 7918789

the product today i received was Intel Pentium CPU G620 with 2 G RAM on 24th October 2013, you promised to take back the product by your courier, but you did not stand by that promise also and asked me to courier the product by myself and offered only the part amount of the bill to be reimbursed that too not into my bank account, but through your cluebucks only. I have sent my product and it was received at your end 2 days back ie on 19.11.2013, till now i have not received any confirmation from your side, after i have talked to you staffs in the telephone line no provided by you which is not tollfree, i spent huge telephone bills on speaking to the customer care unfortunately you dont care for customer in the first place. Since your service is not as per you have claimed i am now inclined to go to other forums to claim my products worth and compensation for the hardships and time wasted by you in purchasing a product from your website.

the following is seen as lack of service for which i shall file a petition in Legal consumer forum.
1. You have not sent me correct product
2. you did not pick up the wrong product from me as promised by you
3. You are not reimbursing the actual courier bill to my bank account
4. I Have to pay for making enquiries about the wrong product you have sent to me

5. not responding to all the calls immediately

for this i am inclined to take legal action against you for not compensating for the wrong things you have done.
monetary cost for telephone charges, courier bill, time wasted by your mistake, mentally harassment, not able to give the gift to my niece on Diwali day for the sole purpose the purchase was made(how can i calculate monetory loss for this)cost of the product in two times
