These guys are fraud. They have developed a very deceiving system. The email you get, the alleged reservation, the contact info are all scam.
Same as others, I received the reservation, error for credit card, and made the transfer but did not receive the ticket. I was getting emails from the alleged Sales Manager, Daniel DeBrau, but once the money was transferred, he stopped answering. Here is the contact info he had in his email:
