I ordered mk bags from this website as mentioned they are original genuine products and for confirmation on this issue I sent an email to their customer services as about how genuine they are the answer was that these products are from authentic products factory with low tax and that they are coming with authenticity certificate and serial number
When I received the products they are very poor fake copy products and nothing came with them and don't have a serial number I sent an email to request a return as mentioned in their policy but no reply

- Yes. I too ordered 3 bags from them and they are poor replicas. I was expecting a goo replica at least but they have failed. You can buy the same bags on the streets.
