I have spoken to a very rude cust service rep several times in the last 3 weeks. Everytime I call to enquire about my refund all I get in response apart from a very bad attitude is it will be in my account by next week. I call again the next week when I have not received the money and.all she says is it will be in my account by next week!
How far can I follow this up as I feel this is a very dodgy company to have my details to be honest.
