This company took 79.00 from my bank, with absolutley no authorisation, i did not use their service after umpteen phone cslls i still have not got my money back. I phoned citizen advice bureau also ombusman and was told i am entitled to my money back. Sent recorded delivery letter was told i would get £74.00 back still not recieved anything. I am a single parent on disability and i need this money. They also got me back charges. So please be aware.
