Worst service received ever. I hate myself here to say that I opted this one and lost my money. These people are so nice to you during reservation. Once U book, they do not respond to your phone or email. Please stay away from them. Also they do not disclose any details while reservation. In-case if you have lost your money - I request U to file a legal complaint against the. And they are operating under 2 different names - FirstTravelsvc / Vacation Cities. And the charge is being made on some other name. The worst part is they didn't even provide the resort - simple took the money. Gayle is the worst person to deal with. I have so much more to write about.

I had the same experience and I have three documented pages and recording so I don't intend to let this go. They are exactly as you stated. Scammers. I think they are all in one office because they keep putting you through to different people and everyone seems to know your name etc.
Gayle is by far the (Inappropriate Content Removed) I have ever talked to in my life. Don't worry i'm not letting this go. Don't believe anyone who says they have travelled with this company they have not and they are probably one of these (Inappropriate Content Removed) putting the info on here. -
