I ordered it as a free trial. The company took $148.96 out of my account b4 I got the package I canceled my account with the company, they gave me a full refund the next day took it back
I was then told if I recieved the package or found the package to return it...I returned it return to sender When 3 weeks passed I called back was told they would only give me $75 because I returned it return to sender and without RMA number witch was not given to me nor was I told not to send it back return to sender talked with a supervisor Frances Johnson today the same supervisor that lEft out information on returning the product that I'm not eligible for a full refund because the package wasn't returned in the right way and if I take the $75 refund I will not get my full refund....and if I don't take it I may not get anything...
