I found a cream which promised wrinkle removal and was offered a 30day trial period, and i only need to pay for postage and package, which was £4.99 which i was quite happy giving my card details. But two weeks later, my bank had phoned up and said i had two withdrawal from my account,at the amount of £176 I was horrified, as i only had twenty pounds left in my account. My Nephew, phone this company on my behalf, as i was so upset!! He was told it was only a 14day's trial, dispite my Nephew, having the web page up which said 30days free trial. He was told by the company, that's not what was on his web page, so my Nephew, asked what web page he had up! My nephew went onto the company's web page which didn't have the 30day free trial We were told if we looked up terms and conditions it does say 14 day's free trial. Which we admitted, that's what it said. But it doesn't say anything about the 14 trial starts from the time it leaves the company, it took a week for me to recieve the products, which only left me a week to try out this product. My Nephew, said well my aunty wasn't happy, and she wanted her money back, because of it's false advertisment, And was told that if the product could be sold on, then i would only get 20% of my money back, and if it didn't sell i wouldn't get nothing. Dispite it saying 100% money back guaranteed This product doesn't do a thing, i have been mislead, robbed of my money, and can't believe this company is getting away with it. It's one big scam. This company was found out to be a scam, it been found out in Ireland, on T.V called consumer show. I am an ex-nurse, not stupid, and on disability allowance, but i was fooled by this company.
