I signed up (Nov.17 at aprox. 9pm) out of curiosity for earning money while at home. There was a $0 fee to gain access for a 3 day trial. When I checked my card on Nov 20 I noticed there was a charge of $159 marked on the 19. I called customer service (Nov. 20 aprox. 12pm) concerning this issue and they told me the trial ended the 19 and it started on the 17. I was on the phone with them 5 different times for a total of 3 hours. Every rep just talked in circles and denied me every request to speak to a supervisor. They would also refuse to answer any direct questions concerning the terms and conditions agreement. I spoke with an attorney concerning their argument against their contract. He said according to their terms I am in the legal right and should not owe them a cent. But, since the amount in dispute is not substantial enough there is actually very little that can be done. He gave me advice about reporting them to proper authorities and wished me luck.

I called one last time to speak with a supervisor (who were all unavailable) about my findings with their terms and conditions agreement. I told the representative that I was reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau and needed an address to do so. They informed me that they are based out of Utah and could not give me an address for security purposes. I then requested to have them loose my information and I wished to not be associated with the company. They said they would make note of it. I stressed again and they said it would go to management. Curiosity killed the cat in my situation.
