I signed up for a free trial of Max Garcinia Burn (weight loss) after seeing an add and reading about it. After I realized that it was NOT a free trial I called to return the "free" trial and ask for my money back. They gave me a "Return Merchandise Number" and said to send it back & when they received it I would get a full refund. They did not advise me to get a tracking number when mailing it back. I sent the whole package back (all 4 bottles) on September 16, 2013. After playing the customer service game I was told me several people that my name had already been put on the refund list on October 3rd and it would take 5-7 business days to receive my refund. I called 7 business days later and they said I was misinformed and it takes 30-45 business days to receive it. To date I have not received any money back AND I tried to call again today and low and behold their office is closed (hours are 9am-9pm Eastern time)I called within their business hours. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
