Ordered free 18 day trial on Oct. 31. Website said, try free for 18 days, if not returned by then they charge your credit card full price of 84.97. Still had not received product by Nov. 15 and started calling company. Had to wait over 45 minutes for them to answer, each time over the course of 3 days. Finally got someone on phone on November 17 and they wouldn't give me an extended trial period and would only tell me the product was "on it's way." On November 18 they charged my credit card for full amount knowing full well I had not received the product. I filed a complaint on line with the BBB in Phoenix, AR, and spoke to my bank (credit card company) and they reversed the charges right back to them stating 'services not rendered'.
