first the same as what other people mentioned in their complain about got a fax that needed an update on the government rates & all.which never had any charges for update dating our records.after few months got a invoice that we r been listed in the federal government directory & there is the amount due of approx.$450.00 tired contacting them then only voice mail & no return call from the other end.couple of months later got another invoice approx.$645.00 tired the number talked to MR.JACK but all in vain no point b'coz first u start the conversation u r directly been accused by mr.jack.starts threatening to talked to his lawyer.this company is fraud & is trying to find innocent people to get into their trap.disgusting customer service would never want my business to get listed in this directory which was first of all frailly done.
