We ordered the trial products. They arrived after the money was charged to our account. Then we see a new charge of $9.77 on our account. Tried to stop it, sent 3 emails, called at different times of the day, been on hold for 25 mins, before hanging up, so haven't spoken with a person yet.Not able to access the service that I am paying for, and unable to communicate with a real person.
