Found wenshoes.com yesterday.
Terrible site with great prices and no real way to contact vendor.
Process:
I browsed and added items to the cart. When I left the page to google the URL and customer reviews or scam reports my cart emptied.
When I revisited product pages for the items I had in the cart the prices had jumped from approx $5 to $35.
Read then that you have to sign up so your cart contents stay. I signed up with a secure email and false address and finally found an opportunity to email the vendor about cart behaviour and price changes. No reply to this.
Ebay says that the vendor can't receive payments currently and to try again later. Perhaps they have been reported to ebay already?
