I ordered a 2009 long duffle anthracite jacket for my husband. I received a SHORT TAN jacket that would fit a teenage boy and it didn't even have barbour labels on it. It was shoved in a plastic bag that came from CHINA?!? I have repeatedly sent emails with no response. Also there is no phone number on the site under contact us which i did not see until i needed it and looked. I am now out the 227.28 US dollars and an xmas gift for the hubby.
