THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!DONT BOTHER TO PAY IT ,YOU WILL NEVER GET THEM TO PAY YOU A CENT.THEY rekon they will protect you from any unforseen expensive mechanical problems fora THOUSAND dollar policy....YEAH RIIIGGHT!!THEY EXPECT YOU TO SERVICE your car TWICE as often as the manufacturer specifies you must,and that is the way they get out of it,alternators arent even PART OF A SERVICE yet they STILL REFUSED to pay for it on the grounds that the car wasnt serviced enough,IN THE 6 MONTHS I HAD HAD IT THEN,REGARDLESS THAT THEY WERE TOLD REPEATEDLY THE CAR HAD BEEN PARKED UP,therefore didnt even REQUIRE a service,they said it went on the time factor,not the ks it had done.UNBELIEVABLE IN-YOUR-FACE THIEVERY.THESE PEOPLE ARE A SHAME TO AUSTRALIA AND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.THEY ARE A BLIGHT ON OUR COMMUNITIY AND A NATION.I cannot stress enough how angry i am at their BLATANT DISREGARD FOR THEIR CLIENTS!!they are DECEIPTFUL THIEVES ,GUTTER TRASH.....STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH OF UNDERHANDED THIEVES WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!!!!
