I wanted to change my name on my Social Security card, I typed in "SS name change" in google and this was the very first website that came up. I went in, it asked me questions, it completed the supposed form I needed, charged me $39 and told me where my local SSA office was. I took it in and they said it is free to change your name and I didnt even need the form. The company now has not only my SS # but my parents too. I called and they said they would refund my money. It wasn't hard to get them to refund it because they know they are guilty.
