I responded to an advert for a free trial for two of their products. Postage was taken on 5 Oct but I didnt receive my samples until 18 Oct. I received an email from them on 20 October and responded to that email on 30 October to cancel further deliveries of their product; I received an acknowledgment by return - I took that to indicate they had cancelled. However, I was notified by my credit card company that two amounts of £84.71 had been taken on 20 October and then on 9 November I received further products in the post. I emailed again referring to my earlier email, telling them I had cancelled and asking for a refund and instructions for returning the goods. I received no response and contacted them again on 18 November asking for a response; I received an email on 19 November saying "Due to Security Problems" (whatever that may mean - that's all it said) and giving a phone number, which I was unable to connect to. I have today received my credit card statement and I see a further two amounts have been taken on 4 and 5 November, this time for £89.66 each. So they have had a total of £348.74 from me. The credit card company will not make further payments, but this is a ridiculous situation and I can't get through to their toll free number because it is the weekend (24 hour support?), only their London support number where, of course, I am expected to wait heaven know how long because all their customer service people are currently engaged - probably with people like me making complaints.
