I was online just wanted to check this out and said before you can do that you have to sign in so I did and was charged $99 that I did not see where that would happen, I am 81 years old and want a refund cause they have a 100 percent satisfaction my wife has spent hours on PC to find phone number and not one even calling directory. Would appreciate helping getting that refunded.
