In September 2013 I cancelled my subscription for this company's service and I now see that they are attempting to automatically withdraw $29.95 out of my checking account. When I try to contact these people by phone or email I can not reach a person and on the email it says I need a name and a password before I can move forward. I have paid for this service for a year and have never used it.
