Company misrepresented its product as costing customers only $4.95. The only place it gives the actual price of the product is in the fine print--the Terms of Service.

Only in the Terms of Service it explains that $4.95 is the shipping cost of a $89.97 product. Unless the customer returns the product they will be charged $89.97 14 days after placing the order.

I was able to get a small portion refunded but only because I asked; they did not offer. I also canceled my subscription. If I didn't cancel the subscription I would continue to be charged $89.97 every month. Green Tone Pro is counting on customers not noticing the charges or not calling to cancel and ask for a refund. They are profiting by misrepresenting and not immediately or clearly disclosing the real cost of their product.
