I made an online purchase of a birthday cake and bouquet on 6th November 2013 to be delivered at Johannesburg on 14th November. It was never delivered. Further, on repeated enquiries they came up with excuses(lies) like incorrect contact number and address.One week past the delivery date I requested them to refund my money which, after some arguments, they agreed to.But I have not received any refund till now.My experience says it is a fraudulent site and customers should avoid it in the future.
