I purchased a 6'6 double airbag, used once, then in Nov of 2011 I went to go on a trip and the bag would no longer inflate. The zipper also broke on the first use, as well as, the shoulder strap (the metal clips broke). There was a known defect with a slow air leak. It has been over 2 years now and no avail, no response, NOTHING. I will keep complaining until this company loses all credibility.
