Since I have three exams next week, I had no time to write my essay. So I asked for help to write my paper.
Two papers (2 pages, double spaced each) were requested and the instruction was attached.
What they wrote was out of topic.
They did not read the question at all and what they wrote was also not related to any given question or topic.
I requested for revision and I had only 1hr 30min left to submit my paper.
I told them clearly that I only had 1hr 30min and I would get zero for the papers if I do not submit them.
One writer said that he/she could finish within 2hours and this turned out to be false.
Both writers did not respond at all and they sent me essays after 4-5 hours.
I got 0 for the essays and did not use those essays at all.
I told them I want a refund but the writers and the support team keep ignoring me.
Can anyone help me find out ways to get a refund?
