I ordered a Canada Goose winter jacket and as per their website www.superparka.com it looked like a legit company. This morning, I wanted to see on my Visa if the transaction went through and by which name and I have notice that company name. I know as a fact that Canada Goose do not ship from Beijing. I then started to Google it and even call my Visa card and they said that yes, it was a fraudulent website that sells counterfeit merchandise. I have sent them a message online (there are no email address available) to have my money back. Otherwise, like Visa said, if they ship the good, we will still file a complain as counterfeit merchandise is illegal in Canada. I finally found the real Canada Goose website and they confirmed that they are not authorized to sell on their behalf. To be followed.

- Omg the exact same thing happened to me today! I just purchased my jacket online and then I seen all of these complaints about them. What happened? Were you able to get ahold of them and get your money back??

- After contacting Visa, they recommended that I send them a note online (no email provided on their web site) and explained them that it is illegal in Canada to sell counterfeit. I then asked for my order to be cancelled and to get my money back. Amazingly enough, after 8 days, I got the refund on my credit card! This is unreal and for sure I will be more vigilant next time. Hope you have the same luck as me Amanda. Cheers and happy holidays!
