I had problems with this company. They do not have the same technician talking with you each time you call them. The reseller, Avangate.com sold me the software support package with "Certified Microsoft Technicians" to work on my network. Having said that, I have had 5 technicians in two days and countless hours working on my network. I talked to 2 "supervisors" and demanded a refund. I warn anyone who needs technical software support to do it LOCALLY because these people are out of India. Now I have no malware/spyware on my computer and am still waiting for a call from customer service for a refund.
