I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 via Ebay auction listing. I paid immediately for the phone through Ebay's Paypal 'Pay Now' system. A few minutes later the money was refunded & I was sent a Paypal invoice (sent by Andrew Butler)for the phone. Before paying for it I phoned Paypal to check that I would be protected & was assured that I would be, so I paid the invoice. I then received an email from Andrew Bell (Bell??) thanking me for payment & said phone would be sent on the first working day....needless to say over a week later, no phone & no reply to my numerous emails. I then called Paypal who, to my horror, said that the man I spoke to at Paypal had made a mistake & that I wasn't protected at all!!
Please stay clear of anyone called Andrew (Drew) Butler or Andrew (Drew) Bell from Belfast, Ireland.
