I purchased 2-year coverage plan to provide online service to my Mac. on 12/12. I paid via credit card and used the system twice. The service techs speak very poor English and and so overly polite it becomes annoying. I tried to call them this weekend for support and the phone number rings into a voicemail system in a foreign language and then disconnects.
I can no longer find their website. Are they still in business?
Is this a legitimate business?
