I purchased these pill on Oct 12, I was told that I had 60 days time frame to return to product if they did not work. I have been taking the product for over 30 days and have not lost one single pound. Of course, they are now telling me you must advise them within 30 days of placing the order - who does that? I'm very disappointed in this product that does not work. I spoke to Jeff at Primalite today he did end up refunding me 50%. Very disappointed.
