I was on a hiking trip crossing Grand Canyon, and at Phantom Ranch I called my family from pay phone. I did not have coins with me, I tried to use credit card, and wasn't successful, finally I asked for collect call. Today I got the bill for $29.91 for 3 min. $10 for 1 min of phone call !!!!!! Now days???? it is unheard of! I had no way of knowing the rates. If I was told by operator the rate I would not call!!!! it is UNREASONABLE and too expensive for me.
Now I feel trapped!!! This company has dishonest business!.
