Young man came to my door with a spill about staying out of trouble and trying to go to college. Being a teacher I fell for it and ordered 3 magazines. Been 11 months and still no magazines. Called multiple times, emailed, called again ... Nothing but a rude lady that told me to call back during business hours 9-5... It was 4:45!!
