On November 22 I received and e-mail from hotcloseouts2013.com indicating that I could recieve 25 free bid points to try out their web site, if I registered with them. Registration require me giving them my credit card information. Upon completing registration I received an e-mail indicating that I had been charged US $99.00 for 200 bid points. I had not intention of buying bid points. I have been trying to contact them, but there is not telephone number and the live chat on the web site has been disconnected. I have sent numerous e-mails trying to get them to reverse the charge, butt no response for the past 3 days. I have been scammed and want to file a complaint.
