I had contacted her in regards to cast a spell for me, she was so kind as if it was real I fell for the scam, a month later I contacted her she did not reply, I opened a paypal dispute, then she said that her policy is no refund, I said your spell did not work, she said she can recast and give me a double back refund out of good will I must just drop the dispute, so skeptical me did drop it, and I never here from her again, she has blocked me from gmail

plus im from Africa and when you convert $55 its a hell of alot of money its like R505 which can last the whole month, I feel so dumb I've been scammed
