I filed complaint #242380 back in September of 2012. I paid off my credit card in full in July of 2013.That was 10-months. They did not save me $3,000.00 in interest in 2-years, so they owe me my money back. I still can not contact them. I tried getting ahold of you people too. I've sent you a couple of emails like this one, and I never get a response from you.I called your number at 1-877-966-2278 a couple of different times and can never talk to a real person. After 10 minutes of waiting it goes to a recording saying that the mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. This is the same thing that I went through with Western GPS,LCC when I tried to reach them. Is that the way your Scambook works? You don't follow through with a complaint, you just let a person file one thinking that they might actually get some results, but they get the same runaround. Please let me know what I can do to get satisfaction from this Western GPS,LCC outfit. Please send me a response to this email and don't ignore it like you did the other requests. Thank you!
