I thought I was getting a free gift after renewing my critical care membership. I obviously did not read the fine print because I was charged 10 days later. I then was autoshipped 3 more packages that had no receipt in 2 of them so I thought it was an error and was out of town twice and have 3 kids and am busy and by the time I finally got a package in November with a receipt looked back and realized I was charged $97 a month from August until November!!!! Called them immediately and wanted to cancel everything and return all product and they would only return the one shipped 3 days ago. The small print and continued charging to my Visa without signing up for it is sneaky And a scam. If they won't take unused unopened product because of this misunderstanding they obviously don't care about customers.
