Ordered free trial - on the website it says you can cancel within 14/30(?) days but I never got an email confirming this. Tried phoning the number given and was in a 'queue' for over 10 minutes so I gave up. How are you supposed to cancel? I have now informed my bank that this is a scam and instructed them to cancel repeat payments. I hope this will work otherwise I risk losing a high amount each month for a product I dont even want...
