PINNACLE SCAM

I have recently retired and wanted to supplement my income with an on-line income opportunity. I followed a link to PINNACLE 365 offering an income opportunity for establishing an on-line shopping mall business. JOSH JONES offered three levels of involvement of which I chose the cheapest as a test. While talking to JOSH JONES, he asked how much I wanted to make and probed for how much debt/credit I had available towards that end. He was a very good salesman and the possibility of making additional income off my own website was intriguing. I told him I was willing to work hard to make this work. On 11/7/2013, I completed the PINNACLE Client on-line contract he sent to me in my e-mail and paid my $299 (contract stated a 30-day refund policy); he said he would add the maximum number of stores because I sounded like I would succeed. JOSH JONES advised that JASON BUTLER from the coaching department would contact me on Friday to go over the details of my website and give instructions on how to access it. On 11/11/2013, STAN DAVIS called pertaining to necessary “marketing advertising” which would enable my website to appear on the first page of Google search engines, and increase the number of hits to my website. He advised there was a $3500 marketing fee for this service. When I told him I didn’t have that, he said he would drop it to $3000 and I could fund the rest later. On 11/11/2013, I again completed a PINNACLE 365 Purchase Agreement on-line contract that STAN DAVIS had sent me in my e-mail and paid my $3000 by credit card (this contract stated “PINNACLE will issue a refund within seven (7) days from the date you sign this contract). The signing of both contracts were done with a PINNACLE representative on the phone with me while I signed and replied with the e-mail. I did quick reviews of each contract before I signed and “thought” everything looked good.

The next day, I completed on-line computer searches on PINNACLE 365 and found several negative scamming reports. This shook my confidence to the point that I contacted STAN DAVIS (11/12/2013) and confirmed with JOSH JONES (11/13/2013) to terminate/cancel my agreements. On 11/13/2013, I followed up my verbal notices with a letter of cancellation sent by express mail, which was received on 11/15/2013 10:42am, and signed for by “PL” at the address indicated in my contracts. On 11/20/2013, I sent an e-mail to [email protected] again requesting status of my refunds, and again receiving no response.

When I provided my initial cancellation request on 11/12/2013, STAN DAVIS said he would send a confirmation of my request – which I never received. I contacted JOSH JONES the next day to reconfirm my request and he advised that STAN DAVIS had already taken all actions to complete the cancellations and that I should receive my refunds with 72 hours.

As of 11/25/2013, I have placed almost daily calls to 888-434-8490 to determine the status of my refunds. The customer service representative has said JOSH JONES and STAN DAVIS were either out or unavailable but that she would have someone call me back. To date no one has responded.

  • Wooo!! Hooo!! Through diligent non-stop ontact with Pinnacle 365, I have successfully obtained complete rfunds for my program costs!! I got $299 refunded on 1/6/2014 and $3000 refunded on 1/7/2014!! Full refunds!! Fred Jacobs
