Early October I agreed to a one time free sample of Rejouvanace for the cost of shipment, $4.99. On the phone, I asked specifically if it was an automatic signup for their product that I would need to cancel if I did not want it. I was told No, there would not be another shipment if I did not request it. I did NOT make an order but this week I received an email saying my order was shipped. I tried to email a cancellation but it was returned, I tried to call but they were closed.
