I ordered a trial of a product online and willingly paid $24.99 (Australian dollars) as a one-off payment. No other payment was authorised or set-up as an ongoing arrangement. Since then this company has taken over $300 from my account without authorisation. No idea how to contact them, No idea what to do next :( Am forced to close this account to stop them :(
