Skrill Blocked my account on 27. September 2013, on 03:28 AM (Brazilian local time, GMT -3). At this occasion, Skrill asked me documents and information of my usage of the account. I provided all info they asked for, documents, information phone and everything else. Then they stopped to answer me.


ONE MONTH LATER, yes its true, on 26 OCTOBER. The agent called “Silvia” asked me about a a transaction, with I gave information she asked for. And from this day to today, one more month has been passed away, and they still IGNORING me, do not answer phone, don’t answer my emails with a lot of help tickets I created. And my canse still OPEN!

Today, I am trying to financial ombudsman solve my problem. Since with Skrill, I have nothing else do to.
