I called this company over the phone and they told me it would just be 80.00 for a homeland security training and certificate that was needed because I was going to be working in corporate. After asking if it would just be 80 and no other fees, and they agreed I handed them the money and signed the contract. AFTER all paperwork was signed they showed me the price list and said it was an 80 administrative fee and that the course was an extra 235. To make things worse!! It was not even the homeland training certificate!! It is a certificate with no school code and signed by the receptionist saying I took at basic homeland course (which is the first part of a 40 hour course) and the certificate is GOOD FOR NOTHING!!. This company is located at on 44th street between 2nd and third ave. The receptionist name is MS. ORTIZ and they DO NOT PLACE YOU IN A JOB!!.. They merely send you to any company (corporate or not) with a letter saying to please consider this person for employment with your company. I do not know how the CITY OF NEW YORK allows all these schools to scam people out of money. I heard this school was under another name recently and just changed their name. Not to mention the three times I was there, the cops were called on each and every location and told us this place was a SCAM!! but they could not do anything about civil matters. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!
