I placed an order online for these 2 products, then cancelled within half an hour after reading negative feedback. I was told that even though no products had been sent, I wouldn't be refunded the delivery charges (£3.48 & £4.95) but no products would be sent. 2 days later I received 2 confirmation emails that both products had been dispatched. 4 days later I received one of the products and have had to pay again to send it back (£2.60). I have contacted my credit card provider who have come across this product scam before and have flagged the 2 products on my account so that no further payments can be taken. I have got through again to their so-called customer services 0800 0149645 and have again be assured that my account has been cancelled and that no further products will be sent. We will see... How else can you stop a company like this who gives no company details or address?
