I sent for RVTL anti aging cream which was on offer as postage only of £2.99.
I got the cream which was shipped on 11/11/13. There were no details on the dispatch note or any telephone numbers or addresses to return the item. 3 days later another packet arrived which was not ordered or wanted by me (Equinox).It came from Sheridan Labs which did have a telephone number on it to phone if the item was not wanted. I phoned the number,as it was not wanted and got no response whatsoever, as nobody answered my call.
On the 26th November £89.00 and £95.00 on the same day was taken from my Bank.I also noted that £4.95 and £2.99 were also taken from my Bank. I had only agreed the offer postage of £2.99.
I went to my Bank and cancelled my card, and instructed them not to pay any more monies to this firm whatsoever. I am hoping that no more payments will be taken as per my instructions.
