I saw the add for this weight loss "craze" on Facebook back in august. I had heard about it on Dr. Oz, i figured it was worth a shot..only $1.00 for a free trial, Why not? So i placed an order with my debit card. I never got a confirmation e-mail or anything saying that i ordered it, like i usually would when i order something online. I went back to the website and figured it just didnt work the first time...maybe a computer glitch or something, so i tried again. It wouldnt take my debit card, stating "Only one order per card" So i figured, well ill just put it on my credit card since its only $1. Well 2 days later i received the shipment with 4 bottles. I called the company and they said the "free" trial came with all 4 bottles, follow the directions and in 3 days someone would call me to see if i was satisfied with my order and if not i could cancel and would not be charged for all 4 bottles. On the 3rd day i never received a phone call, but i checked my bank account and was charged on my debit card for the full $148. It finally hit me that i was in a scam, and i had 2 different accounts open with them, one for my debit and credit card. Later that day i received another shipment (from my credit card account). I called the company, furious about the charge. I wanted to cancel both accounts and have a full refund. They gave me directions with at RA# to put on the package and i was also instructed to take 20 pills from 1 bottle on each order, 40 pills total as a "free" gift. So i followed directions and returned the orders. After i returned the orders my credit card account was charged $148, that is $296 total now..after i canceled both acocunts! The warehouse received my return for all 8 bottles on August 30, 2013. I have called multiple times trying to check on my refund for both accounts and was constantly told "it should post in 13-15 business days" "It should post in 3-7 business days" then the last time i called i was told "The warehouse is reviewing your return to make sure directions were followed properly to ensure you get your refund." That was in late september, it was the last time i heard from them. Today, on 11/29/13, i just so happened to check my credit card statement, and i have a $69 pending transaction from them! I have yet to receive a refund or any other product! I am furious and attempted to call, but of course they are "CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAYS"...Im happy to see im not alone in this, as unfortunate as it is. If anyone has any advice, or Hope for us...please let me know!
