In May 2013 I was contacted by a ITS consultant and convinced that the program and software would bring much return on my 5000AUD (4555US) investment. They were in such a demand and hurry I processed the funds immediately. To my surprise I only received a CD and a TAB account. Which none performed the tasks they were supposed to, their products and service was a lack of, if not none and there certainly was not any customer service or return on my investment. It is now November 2013 and I would like some action to be done but to now find there is no way to get my money back, I will continue to find a way. Furthermore due to my current financial situation and the fraud/scam I have gone through I would like a full refund, if not at least 1/4 of my sum returned would be appreciated.
