I oredered three bags from www.longchampmalls.com whose website says they sell authentic Longchamp bags, but I received fake Longchamp bags on Oct. 21st. The website shows customers can return bags if we are not satisfied with them and I emailed three times to get their address to return, but they never reply to me at all. I want to return the bags and get a refund from them. The seller deceives me and they are thieves. I really want to get the refund.
