While dining at the Great Karoo on my son's 9th birthday, my son pulled a 10+ inch-long hair out of his mouth. It was embedded in an alfredo dish served on the buffet line. Awesome.
We told our waitress, who informed us that she'd "let the manager know". After a complete loss of appetite, and waiting nearly an hour for feedback regarding the situation, we received our bill. No credit. No compensation of any kind. No "sorry we completely ruined your son's birthday dinner". Nothing.
