Ordered 4 units of Seagate Expansion Desktop 4TB hard Disk. Sent the money via Western Union with recipient name of Zhicheng Zhou. Paid for $159.00 including charges. After he got the money, I received the same response. Saying:

He even copy pasted it twice with the wrong amount. It means he's been sending the same words to other people being scammed.

We wish to capture this person named "John" or "Zhicheng Zhou" This is not the 1st time he did it. I've seen same complaints to him 4 times now. Thank you.
